 Adam deNobriga's practice focuses on construction defect litigation, property damage litigation and professional malpractice litigation. With over eleven years of litigation experience, Adam has concentrated his legal career primarily in the construction sector, including the following:

• Representing general contractors and subcontractors with regard to claims of defective construction
• Counseling design professionals regarding claims related to plans, specifications, and calculations
• Representing owners, design professionals, and contractors in litigation ranging from single-family residences to large, multi-family and commercial projects  
• General litigation and contract matters for participants in the construction industry

Adam practices in the North Carolina Superior Court, including the North Carolina Business Court, and North Carolina Federal Courts. He is licensed to practice in both North Carolina and Tennessee.While at the University of Memphis where he obtained his law degree, Adam was awarded the Dean's Award of Excellence for Best Appellate Brief and the Dean's Award of Excellence for the Best Oral Advocate. Adam also earned the Cleveland Drennon, Jr. Memorial Scholarship.

When away from the office, Adam enjoys hiking, playing golf, pulling for Tottenham Hotspur, watching college football, reading a good book, and spending time with his wife and their two sons.
